If you follow me on Instagram, then you would have seen the behind-the-scenes of this Easter Dinner photoshoot a couple weeks ago on my story.
It was SO much fun and all of the photos taken by my friend and photographer, Constance, turned out beautifully. They all put a huge smile on my face, and I hope you enjoy them too.
I teamed up with some amazing Arizona creatives to pull this off, because I certainly couldn’t have done it alone. My friend Michelle coordinated the whole thing (yay!).
And you see all of these gorgeous savory Easter recipes?
They were developed by my friend chef Brendan McCaskey. He’s crazy talented, hard working, and one of the nicest funniest guys I know.
ALL of the savory recipes you see on this page can be found inside this Easter Dinner Guide.
The savory Easter dishes include:
-Orange Roasted Carrot Salad
-Sautéed Snap Peas with
Bacon & Mint
-Cast Iron Skillet Chicken &
Potatoes
And they’re all positively scrumptious. You certainly won’t have any leftovers if you recreate this menu for your friends and family.
For the sweet and baked portion of this Easter menu, I added in my Ultimate Dinner Rolls, Nutella Cake, and my favorite Angel Food Cake recipe (which I’ve never shared before)!
We were lucky enough to have the generosity of some amazing Arizona artisans and business owners contribute to this dinner shoot.
The table was gorgeous but simple, highlighting the beautiful ceramic dinnerware, vintage florals, and of course, the food! There’s no reason to overcomplicate things.
^There’s Elliott from Apartment Bartender on the right. Be sure to follow him on Instagram for some beautiful drink inspiration.

So how do you get to all of these gorgeous recipes again? Well my amazing marketing and graphic design assistant, Haley, has put all of the recipes, entertaining tips, and make ahead checklist for this Easter dinner in a stunning FREE guide for you.
If you download it and love it, all that I ask in return is that you share Handle the Heat with a friend who loves desserts and baking:
Happy Easter!
Hi! I’ve typed in my email to get a few of your guides but they never show up in my inbox or spam/junk. I’ve also added your email to my contacts, and have tried with 2 different emails but have not been successful. Any advice?
Love the updated website! And what a cool idea to use all local artisans in your shoot. 🙂 Great recipes- thanks!
